PageScan reads your content like your audience does, then tells you exactly what to improve. It identifies issues with:

You'll get specific recommendations you can implement immediately, plus priority levels so you know what to fix first.
Getting Started
Step 1: Choose Your Analysis Method
PageScan offers two ways to analyse content:
Option A: Live Webpage Analysis
- Go to the PageScan page
- Enter the full URL of your published page
- Click "Analyse Content"
- Wait whilst PageScan retrieves and processes your content
Option B: Draft Content Analysis
- Click in the content editor area
- Paste or type your draft content directly
- Ensure content displays properly in the editor
- Proceed to select your analysis type
Tip: Live pages must be publicly accessible. For unpublished content, use the draft analysis option.
Step 2: Choose Your Analysis
Click any of the five analysis buttons:
- SEO Content Analysis - For search optimisation
- Content Quality Review - For readability and credibility
- Sentiment & Voice Analysis - For brand consistency
- Audience Persona Review - For audience alignment

Each analysis takes 30-60 seconds to complete and shows a loading animation while processing.
Important: Only one analysis can run at a time. Wait for the current analysis to complete before starting another.

Adding Recommendations to Projects
- Click the "+" button on any recommendation
- Select your project from the dropdown
- Click "Confirm Selection"
The recommendation becomes a task in your Kanban board with:
