Exporting Chart Data

Our charts have a variety of exporting options available, allowing you to view and share your data in the format that best suits .

Here is a summary of the options:


View in Full Screen

  • Purpose: To expand the chart to the full size of your screen for a better view.
  • Steps:
    1. Click on "View in full screen".
    2. The chart will enlarge to fill your entire screen.
    3. To exit full-screen mode, press "Esc" on your keyboard or click the exit full-screen button on the chart.

Print Chart

  • Purpose: To print a hard copy of your chart directly from the browser.
  • Steps:
    1. Click on "Print chart".
    2. A print preview window will open, showing how the chart will appear on paper.
    3. Adjust any print settings as necessary (like orientation, scale, etc.).
    4. Click the print button in the print preview window to print your chart.

Download PNG/JPEG/SVG Image

  • Purpose: To download the chart as an image file, which can be used in documents or presentations.
  • Steps:
    1. Click on "Download PNG image", "Download JPEG image", or "Download SVG vector image" depending on your preferred format.
    2. A file will be saved to your default download location.
    3. Open the downloaded file with an image viewer or editor.

Download PDF Document

  • Purpose: To download the chart as a PDF document, ideal for sharing or printing with preserved layout.
  • Steps:
    1. Click on "Download PDF document".
    2. A PDF file will be saved to your default download location.
    3. Open the downloaded PDF with a PDF reader to view, share, or print.

Download CSV/XLS

  • Purpose: To download the raw data of the chart in a format that can be opened with spreadsheet software.
  • Steps:
    1. Click on "Download CSV" to get a comma-separated values file, or "Download XLS" for an Excel spreadsheet.
    2. A file will be saved to your default download location.
    3. Open the downloaded file with a spreadsheet application like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to analyze or manipulate the data.

View Data Table

  • Purpose: To view the underlying data of the chart in a tabular format within the browser.
  • Steps:
    1. Click on "View data table".
    2. A new view will open displaying the data in a table.
    3. You can review the data or copy and paste it into another application.

Helpful Tips

  • Ensure that pop-up blockers are disabled for the site if you encounter issues opening the full-screen view or downloading files.
  • If you intend to use the images or PDFs in a professional report, using vector formats like SVG is recommended for high-quality scaling.
