Understanding the display

Each row represents a conversation (question) where your brand appeared. The display shows the conversation text, metadata tags, and visibility percentages across each AI platform.

Row structure

Element Description
Conversation text The actual question or prompt that generated brand visibility
Platform tag Primary AI platform where this conversation occurred
Persona tag The buyer persona/configuration used for this query
Phase tag Customer journey phase (Awareness, Consideration, Decision)
Platform bars Visibility percentage for each platform with horizontal progress bars
Winner highlight The platform with highest visibility is highlighted

Visibility percentage

The visibility percentage represents how often your brand appeared in responses to this specific conversation across the selected time period. A 75% visibility means your brand appeared in 75% of the AI responses to this question.

Higher percentages indicate stronger, more consistent brand presence for that conversation topic.

Platform comparison

Each conversation shows visibility across all platforms that have data. The horizontal bars make it easy to compare platform performance at a glance. The platform with the highest visibility receives a highlighted bar.

Troubleshooting

No conversations found

The "No Conversations Found" message indicates no visibility data matches the current filters.

•       Expand the date range to capture more data

•       Change Provider Position from "#1 Recommendation" to "Mentioned Anywhere"

•       Select "All" for platform and phase filters

•       Verify brands are configured in AI Visibility Settings

Only one platform shows data

Each conversation may not appear on every platform. The platform bars show only platforms where data exists for that specific conversation.

•       This is normal—different platforms answer different questions

•       Missing platforms mean no visibility data for that conversation on those systems

FAQ

What determines the top 10 ranking?

Conversations are ranked by overall visibility percentage across the selected filters. The highest visibility conversations appear first.

Why does the same conversation appear with different visibility on different platforms?

Each AI platform has different training data, algorithms, and response patterns. A question that triggers high visibility on ChatGPT may perform differently on Claude or Gemini.

How often does data update?

Data updates daily. Exact timing depends on account configuration.

What's the difference between this and Share of Voice?

Share of Voice shows overall brand visibility across all conversations. Top Conversations drills into specific questions that drive that visibility—it shows where your share of voice comes from.

Why do some conversations show 100% visibility?

100% visibility means your brand appeared every time this conversation was tested during the selected period. This indicates very strong brand association with that topic.
