Manage Reviews
The Reviews Management feature allows you to monitor and track customer reviews for your business listings across the web. By setting up review tracking, you can stay informed about what customers are saying about your business, respond promptly to feedback, and identify trends that can help improve your products or services.

Before You Begin: Project Setup
Before you can start tracking reviews, you'll need to set up at least one project in SERP360. Projects help you organize your work and associate specific businesses with different clients or campaigns.

Getting Started with Review Management
Accessing the Reviews Management Area
- Log in to your SERP360 account
- Navigate to the "Manage Reviews" section from the configuration menu
- You'll see two main sections:
- Add Business for Review Tracking - Search for and add businesses
- Tracked Businesses - List of businesses you're currently monitoring
Adding a Business for Review Tracking
Step 1: Search for Your Business
- Enter the business name in the "Business Name" field
- Enter the city where the business is located in the "City" field
- City names should only contain letters, spaces, hyphens, and apostrophes
- Select the appropriate country from the dropdown menu
- Click the "Search" button
Step 2: Select from Search Results
After searching, you'll see a list of businesses matching your criteria:
- Each business entry shows the business name and address
- Click the "+" button next to a business to view more details
- When expanded, you'll see:
- Basic Information: Category, description, phone, website, domain
- Location Details: Complete address information
Step 3: Associate with Project and Schedule
For each business you want to track:
- Select a project from the dropdown menu
- This associates the business with a specific project in your account
- Select a tracking schedule from the dropdown menu:
- Daily: Reviews checked every day
- Weekly: Reviews checked once per week
- Monthly: Reviews checked once per month
- Click the "Save" button to begin tracking
Managing Tracked Businesses
Viewing Your Tracked Businesses
The "Tracked Businesses" section displays a table with all the businesses you're currently monitoring:
- Project: Which project this business is associated with
- Title: The name of the business
- Address: The business location
- Schedule: How frequently reviews are checked
- Status: Whether review tracking is enabled or disabled
- Actions: Buttons to manage each business
Searching and Filtering
To find specific businesses in your list:
- Use the search box above the table to filter by any field
- Type any part of the project name, business name, address, or schedule
- The list will update automatically as you type
- This is useful when you track many businesses
Enabling or Disabling Tracking
You can temporarily pause review tracking for any business:
- Use the toggle switch in the "Status" column
- When enabled (switch to the right), reviews will be tracked according to the schedule
- When disabled (switch to the left), review tracking is paused but your settings are saved
Changing the Review Check Schedule
To modify how frequently reviews are checked:
- Click the edit (pencil) icon in the "Actions" column
- Select the new schedule from the dropdown that appears
- Click the checkmark (✓) to save the change
- Click the (✕) if you want to cancel without saving
Removing a Business from Tracking
To stop tracking a particular business:
- Click the delete (trash) icon in the "Actions" column
- Confirm your decision when prompted
- The business and its data be permanently removed from your tracking list
Pagination Controls
If you have many tracked businesses:
- Use the "Previous" and "Next" buttons to navigate between pages
- Click on specific page numbers to jump directly to that page
